This is Somthing I've always wished newgrounds had since i was younger - a way to really get in there and check out the way that other animators go about their work! i think thru doin this, u can really pick up some techniques and tricks you wouldnt be able to learn other wise!

so go on, post up an old .fla file that u were never gunna submit or sumthin!

Why not start a forum thread where people take videos of themselves explaining their FLA's and how they set things up rather than giving out the FLA's themselves?
